January 30,
2005, concert at the Gorilla Theater, in Tampa, Fl.,
with the legendary Master jazz musician Ira Sullivan. I
had played
with Ira in the 70's, while going to the University of
Miami, and now had the thrill of playing with him again
(along with bassist Mark Neuenshwander, pianist Richard
Drexler, and guitarist Larry Camp). This photo was taken
after 2 magical sets. |
